(More customer reviews)A bra that you can't wear all day?What a pain to have to change bras!After becoming frustrated with the process I sewed two pieces of elastic into each cup of my nursing bras that have the circles that surround your breast (don't think it would work with the ones that don't have this).All you need is four pieces of elastic for each bra you want to transform.I sewed the elastic vertically on either side of each nipple.When it's time to pump I simply make an 'X' with the elastic (pull left piece over shield to the ride side of nipple and vice versa) and viola..hands free.I've even been able to pump while driving cross country (had to stop to place the cups on and off of course).$1.00 of elastic and I now have four 'hands free' nursing bras that I can also wear all day!
