(More customer reviews)I'm not sure where the makers of this bras got their definition for high impact, but this bra doesn't even have as much support as a regular nursing bra, much less a sports bra. It seems that most companies feel as long as a nursing bra is shaped like a sports bra, it passes, regardless of support. I am a larger size, 34F, so purhaps this would work a for a smaller bust, but the material is so stretchy, I doubt it. It is very confortable, so maybe it would make agreat sleeping bra.
