(More customer reviews)This is by far the best bra I've ever had!It turns out that apparently 80% of women are wearing the wrong bra...generally they're wearing a band size that is too large and a cup size that is too small.

For years I've been wearing a US size 36 DD bra.When I had a little extra cash and some time on my hands, I went to a store nearby called "Your Perfect Fit" that specialized in bra fittings.After half an hour suffering the cold hands and awkwardness of having someone clinically handle your boobs (ick), I ended up with this bra - in a UK 34 FF.

I look skinnier when I wear it, for some reason.It doesn't make them smaller, but it is supportive and comfortable.According to the person who measured me, the proper position of the breast (in a silhouette view) is mid-way between the shoulder and the elbow.

Another revelation is that only 10% of the support from your bra should come from the straps - the rest should come from the band!Needless to say, I could have saved years and years of shoulder pain had I know that and found the proper bra.

To anyone considering buying this:I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this bra, but here are a few things to remember -
-One: try to get a professional fitting, and not at your local mall.If that isn't possible, find a site online that directs you in measuring yourself.The bra size you found six years ago probably isn't right for you now!
-Two: note that sizes are different by country!Your US size in a UK bra won't fit.Here's a conversion site that I've found to be helpful - http://www.85b.org/bra_conv.php
-Three: I was instructed by my "consultant" to care for my bra by only wearing it every other day (this will make it last a year, rather than three months), and by HAND WASHING IT.It's easier than it sounds...once a week dump some Ovacionand cold water into a sink, rub your bra a bit, and then hang it up to dry.
