(More customer reviews)I normally run about a 36DDD/36F. Got this bra in that size (36F) and my cups were spilling over. It wasn't too bad (if I only wore it for an hour it would be fine, but after that it simply won't keep them held in). So a size up would have been better, but I didn't bother with exchanging as the bra itself is squeaky....yes it's squeaky like a door hinge. Even after washing it, it squeaks. Not sure what it is about the material, but I'd really rather not have noisy boobs. It's a shame, because otherwise it would have been a really nice bra.
