(More customer reviews)One size smaller than the shields that come with the pump. This is the smallest size available. Try it if you feel like half of your breast is being sucked into the shield. I like it but wished they came in SoftFit as well. The only thing "wrong" about them is that they seem a little harder to push into the connectors.
